In this initial assessment and consultation we will go over my unique assessment of 50 points that determine the success or failure of any organization. And in turn it will reveal and give us a good picture of the 10 most important activities in your company. How good is your management division? Are your marketing actions effective enough to generate volume of new leads? or what is the sales success ratio? Do you have qualified and ethical employees who are trained on their post duties? What about your finances? Can you pay your overheads, bills, wages and make some decent profit? These are just some of the areas to be examined and determined which ones will need immediate attention and handling but also which ones will need to be further stabilised and enhanced for overall profitability and expansion.
