Most of the businesses nowadays focus most of their attention and efforts on marketing and sales to increase their profits. And although this is understandable and something that has to be done, is not what will give one a lasting and prosperous company or career.
If you look around you will see most of our problems in this society are due to bad products or service or no products or service at all.
Just imagine a lawyer operating with the above quote as his guideline in helping his clients. Or a parent on raising and helping his or her children. Or a restaurant owner, a police officer, a banker, a politician, doctor, etc, etc, etc.
That's right. Our society would be in a total different state!
Marketing and sales activities are important but would be fruitless unless one or the whole activity delivers high quality services and products.
Here are some actions to take that will establish a loyal and consistent clientale for your activity and who in turn will become your referral force!
1. Deliver a superlative service or product.
Examine your service or product. Do you geniually feel that this is so good that if you were the prospective buyer or client of your business will want to get it without any hesitation?
2. If not, then review your product or service and do the full and complete upgrade. Until yourself is fully satisfied and impressed!
Quality of service is the only guarantee for long term survival and expansion.
