Career Planning

Career Planning is where everything begins. Whether this is done for your profession, business, a specific project undertaking, your marriage or your entire life. This is where you dig up and work out precisely the goals and purposes you want to achieve. This isn't merely the quotas to be achieved within a specified period of time or "to become the greatest artist" or a "millionaire" type of goals...Many people from my expirience have all this in reverse thus struggling and wondering why they cannot achieve their dreams. And as a result they end up very frustrated and giving up. THERE IS A VERY PRECISE WAY TO DO IT AND WHEN IT IS DONE RIGHT THE INDIVIDUAL FEELS A SURGE OF ENERGY AND ENTHUSIASM! And it is quite miraculous when is done right! It's like rebooting your mind!

As soon as this is done a PLAN(S) needs to be worked out on how these goals and purposes can be achieved. And again here this need to be done right. It's quite technical and includes a comparison of your existing scene to the ideal scene you want to reach and locating the biggest departure from it! This IS your bright idea of HOW you are going to achieve yours goals and taking into consideration the existing resources! The whole planning needs to be then broken down into doable, step by step sub-plans, programs and projects...

Part of this includes means to measure the speed and volume of your progress towards your goals and purposes and... A VERY CLEAR AND COMPLETE STATEMENT OF YOUR VALUABLE FINAL PRODUCT!

This last one when is done right it's quite therapeutical!! And all these steps worked out need to be fully aligned and in harmony with each other. In summary. If this Career Planning is not done right a variety of symptoms and problems can result... Here are some of the symptoms: - Disagreements and conflicts within the organisation or within oneself. - Slow and non viable progress. - ineffective and unhappy individuals and organisations.

And when this Career Planning (business mapping, etc) is done right and in full, it's like sailing smoothly towards a known and desired destination with maximum efficiency and minimal effort!
